Hi there, I am Wendy Kelly, the Founder and Director of Breakfree Coaching. Coaching has been a part of my life from an early age. My first role as a coach was as a teenager in the sport of Calisthenics, many years ago! I learnt very early that I needed to balance sport, study and career to achieve the success that I desired in all areas of my life. I continued to coach and mentor both my peers and younger students in this sport over a period of 30 years, while competing at the highest level and achieving many personal and team goals along the way. This experience proved to be just the beginning of a life-time of empowering others to be the very best they could be.

During my 20 year career in Retail Banking and Customer Service I achieved a high level of success that lead to leadership and management roles. Having a clear direction in these roles meant I achieved individually while leading my teams to achieve through coaching. At the same time I established a very successful home-based direct selling business, training and developing a team of consultants. With a full-time career, my own business, sporting commitments and raising a family, I learnt that having clear goals gave me the balance that was vital to achieve success in all areas of my life.

My enthusiasm for learning and my desire to take my coaching skills to the highest level lead me to completing my coaching Diploma. Adding study to an already busy life meant creating new goals and re-balancing other important areas to create a winning plan. My credentials include Certificate IV in Life Coaching, Advanced Practitioner in Coaching, Diploma in Executive Coaching, NLP Practitioner, Certified Trainer and Public Speaker.

As National Student Support Manager for a private coaching institute in Melbourne my prime responsibility was to mentor and support new coaches across Australia, New Zealand and Asia. By building a reputation as 'the coach for coaches' many new coaches have followed me into my business and are now clients. My goal to mentor new coaches is achieved through my Results Programs and Bi-monthly Coaching Workshops

My passion for assisting others to achieve their goals and create a balanced life has been the foundation and the focus in establishing Breakfree Coaching. I have stood on that blade of uncertainty "which way now?" Life has thrown me some curve balls and I can share with you, it is an exhilarating feeling to know there is an easy and simple strategy to give you direction, focus and balance.
